Here’s the simplest way to think about it.
If you reserve 8 labor hours, that does not mean our team will be in your home for 8 hours.
The same labor time can be completed by different team sizes.
The office assigns the team size based on scheduling and the job. Customers reserve labor hours rather than a specific number of cleaners.

Why we price this way
Labor-hour pricing keeps the amount of cleaning work consistent even when the number of cleaners assigned to a job changes. A larger team can complete the same total labor hours in less time on site.
