Set a recurring amount of labor time—such as 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 labor hours—and use that time on the priorities that matter most.

Focus each recurring visit on specific areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, or another agreed priority list.
For example, you can reserve a set amount of labor time and also give the team a defined list of rooms or priorities to work through during each visit.

The reduced rate applies to the recurring service plan once the schedule and scope are established with the office.
Once your plan is set up
You do not need to rebuild the cleaning plan every visit. The agreed recurring scope carries forward to future appointments.
