Post-Construction Cleaning FAQs

Does construction need to be completely finished?

Ideally, yes. This prevents new construction dust from being created after cleaning. Minor final touches may be acceptable depending on the project.

Will you remove paint, caulk, grout, or adhesive?

Small amounts may be removed when they come off reasonably and safely. Heavy or unusually messy construction residue is outside the normal scope and the project may be declined.

Do you remove construction debris?

We vacuum and pick up small, light debris. Large debris and construction materials must be removed by the contractor or customer before cleaning.

Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?

In vacant areas, yes. In occupied or furnished areas, interiors are not included by default when belongings are inside unless specifically arranged.
